Stage 1.
Needs Assessment
We analyze your facilities, building dimensions, obstructions, the existing architecture and infrastructure to determine if you require additional phones or switches.
Stage 2.
Designing custom solutions & Budgeting
We’ll work closely with you to review your current phone system, discuss what options may be available, and find a solution that’s within your budget.
Stage 3.
Installation
Once we determine the number of phones and locations, we will design the layout and prepare the infrastructure for the physical connections of all the phones. Then we will provide the telephone system in the cloud, set up all extensions, and set up routing for calls and ring groups. We will provide all the phones and connect them to the extensions.
Stage 4.
Employee training
We will provide training for the new system and assist people with setting up their voicemails and mobile apps.
Stage 5.
Day-to-day support
We will maintain the system up to date and will troubleshoot any issues that might arise.
