Stage 1.
Initial contact
During this stage, we learn about your Club, its challenges and Club's specific requirements.
Stage 2.
Our team makes assessments of existing infrastructure, processes, software, security, etc. The goal of this stage is to get a clear picture of what work needs to be done.
Stage 3.
Based on an agreed scope of work and equipment needs, we make transparent budget and cost benefit analyses. This will help you to decide, plan, and execute your investment in your IT.
Stage 4.
Processing & Installation
The next step is implementation changes: software updates, installation of additional equipment if needed, quality assurance, etc. All processes are done in a way not to interfere with business operations and member servicing.
Stage 5.
Staff training
The crucial part of success is making employees aware of the functionality and how to utilize it best. For that purpose, we provide technical training (for whom is needed) to help make work comfortable and effective.

Day-to-day support
