Our Story
The story of Club Support began with a passion for IT and a deep understanding of the unique needs of the club industry.
When I went to visit Scarboro Golf & Country Club in 1997 I came across amazing people and an environment that made me want to come back. And I did come back. Fast forward a few years and Club Support was formed to service this unique niche market of the Club Industry.
Understanding the industry’s focus on service was key to our early success. Clubs are service-oriented, and by recognizing this from the beginning, we positioned ourselves as an integral part of helping clubs deliver exceptional experiences to their members.
As Club Support grew, so did our scope. We expanded from providing day-to-day IT support to tackling large-scale projects, such as offering technical assistance during the Club House rebuilds, from procuring new servers and computers to ensuring Clubs’ IT infrastructure is safeguarded against the ever-evolving threats of the internet.
Today, we have a presence in Palm Desert, Santa Barbara, and Chicago in the US, as well as offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton in Canada and fully equipped to cover all Club’s technology needs.
