On July 22, our COO Kostya Famin attended ITX Rise Toronto, an invitation-only event hosted by NinjaOne at Rogers Centre. The evening brought together managed service providers from across Ontario for peer networking, a session from the NinjaOne team, and a Blue Jays game against the Tampa Bay Rays from a private suite.

NinjaOne is one of the most widely used IT management platforms in the MSP space, and its events draw teams serving very different industries, from law firms to manufacturers. That mix is exactly why we go. Private clubs have unique needs, but many of the underlying challenges, like endpoint security, patch management, and response times, are shared across the industry.
“Events like this are a reality check in the best sense. You hear how other MSPs are automating and securing their clients’ environments, and you come home with a list of things to test. Our club clients get the benefit of that,” – says Kostya.
