The Details of the Event
The conference theme was “Back to Basics: Culture, Communication, and Leadership.” Over three dynamic days, this event offered a valuable opportunity to immerse yourself in the latest trends in club management excellence. Each day focused on a different aspect of the theme: Cultivating Culture, Communication Workshop, and Strategic Integration.
Designed for club managers of all levels, this event provided valuable insights into building a positive club culture, enhancing communication, and developing strong leadership skills.
On Sunday, the 19th, we celebrated Crystal Thomas’s exceptional leadership and welcomed Lindsay Pizarro to her new role at the Sunday Reception at CordeValle Club.
Derived from the Spanish phrase El Corazón del Valle (“the heart of the valley”), CordeValle rests on 1,700 acres of picturesque countryside south of San Jose. Surrounded by rolling meadows, tree-dotted hills, creeks and waterfalls, the San Martin resort is a sanctuary of relaxation, wellness, and renewal.

On Monday, May 20, we were among the up to 40 private club industry vendors at the TGSC Spring Partner/Vendor Show. Visitors had the chance to explore the show, meet exhibitors, and enjoy a networking luncheon afterward.
